Refund & Cancellation Policy

At My Kart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because all our products are made to order, we have specific guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

Order Cancellations

  • Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, your order goes into production and cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at jeelish1207@gmail.com / https://mykart.space/policies/contact-information with your order number.

Refunds & Replacements

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or design change requests after the order is placed. However, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect item received

  • Item lost in transit

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges as each product is printed specifically for you. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right!
