3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as postal delays or customs processing. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they are in the hands of the carrier.

6. Custom Orders
If you submit a custom design or image for printing, you confirm that you have the legal rights to use that material. We are not liable for any copyright or trademark issues arising from user-submitted content.
